The BVI 6200 Paediatric BladderScan^® is a 2003 addition to Diagnostic Ultrasound's trusted family of BladderScan^® instruments. By enabling healthcare practitioner to measure a child's bladder volume non-invasively, this easy-to-use, hand-held tool aids in the fast diagnosis and treatment of urinary conditions. 

The BVI 6200 prevents unnecessary catheterisation and reduces the risk of infection and upper urinary tract damage. It also minimizes the risk of prolonged or undiagnosed urinary retention. And because it is gentle and non-invasive, the BVI 6200 eliminates unnecessary trauma to pediatric patients.

The BVI 6200 is optimized for children up to 122 cm (48") tall and weighing up to 27 kg (60 lbs.). The bladder volume range of the BVI 6200 is 0 to 200 ml. Ultrasound images from exams can be viewed via ScanPoint^®, Diagnostic Ultrasound's innovative online service.
