Order Process 

You can choose to order from Diagnostic Ultrasound UK Ltd or on-line through NHS Logistics.  When making your order route choice please take into consideration that the average cost of raising an internal purchase order is approximately £60.00, by visiting www.logistics.nhs.uk and ordering online through their protected site, you can place an order for our products at a cost of approximately 50p.

Our finance department are responsible for processing all customer orders, including those placed via NHS Logistics.  Our payment terms are 30 days net and payment options include BACs and cheque.  Our maximum shipping turn around timescale is 7 days for BladderScan® orders and 48 hours for accessories/comsumable orders (from the receipt of the purchase order).

We no longer manufacture or support the BVI 2000, BVI 2500 and BVI 5000 BladderScan®, as the parts are obsolete.  You can trade the unit(s) in for a brand new BVI 3000 (which is still being manufactured and supported) or BVI 6000 series BladderScan® unit receiving a discount.  For more information please contact your local Territory Manager.
